Angelina Jolie is ready for a new start to her life. The Hollywood actress, who is in the midst of a tug-of-war like divorce with her ex Brad Pitt, recently admitted that she would love to pack her bags and move her family to London for a better life for them all. However, she is forced to stay in California because of the ongoing custody battle between her and Pitt. Here’s what you need to know.
According to Britain’s The Sun, Angelina Jolie is looking to move to Richmond, a suburb in the southwest of London. She lived in the area back in 2011 when she was filming one of her previous Hollywood films. Jolie now wants to go back because she believes it’s the perfect place for her to raise her family.

One source close to The Mirror offered, “She believes [Richmond is] a perfect environment for the kids, from a cultural standpoint and educationally. One scenario is that she could have the kids a few months at a time in the UK, then they’d be allowed back to see Brad for longer periods.”
This isn’t the first time that Angelina has expressed her desire to move to the UK. She also spoke about it during an interview with Harper’s Bazaar last December.
“I would love to live abroad and will do so as soon as my children are 18. Right now, I’m having to base where their father chooses to live,” she told the outlet.
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have six children together: Maddox, 19; Pax, 16; Zahara, 15; Shiloh, 14; Knox, 12; and Vivienne, 12. They’ve been locked in their divorce battle ever since the actress pulled the plug on their relationship back in 2016.
