ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Why Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) Did the Right Thing!

ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers reveal there’s much more Sonny’s kids action in store. This week has been a continuation of that theme, and there were some harsh moments in this one. Honestly, we were ready to tell one character to have a million seats. Let’s take a look at some highlights and why we think Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) might have done the right thing.

ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: The plot

So, this episode focused on a court appearance. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) was on trial for a crime Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) committed. Sonny was ready to take the fall like a man, but Michael showed he’s got some integrity. He got up on the stand and confessed to being the actual murderer. The judge was surprised and made sure Michael understood exactly what he was doing. This was a huge moment, and Michael didn’t back down. That did not sit well with someone in the room, however.

ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Shut up, Carly

Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright), of course, was angry. ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal she took it out on a few people, especially Dante. In fact, she was beyond nasty to Lulu Spencer (Julie Marie Berman) and Olivia Falconeri (Lisa LoCicero) in this one. We seriously couldn’t with her attitude. Yes, we understand she’s a mother worried for her child. However, we do think she was out of line.

We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again: she makes bad choices. So, for her to go on about Dante being such a horrible person and how Lulu is terrible for standing by him was a laugh. This is a woman who knowingly keeps her kids around a man whose profession is a threat to their well-being. And Michael seemed to be drawn by Sonny’s darker world before. How she thinks she gets to play the morally superior one, we don’t know. But Olivia and Lulu had the right idea by standing by Dante here.

ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: A good plan

Dante seemed to see where Michael’s path was heading. Not wanting to see his brother end up like Sonny, he was using the whole thing as a way to teach Michael a lesson. He had no worries Michael would be doing any time, and figured the arrest and booking would be enough to scare him straight. He even went on to Michael about how there were circumstances and he should expect maybe community service at most. It seems like the plan didn’t go too badly to us. Michael doesn’t really touch his father’s business now, and he’s considered an upstanding citizen and he’s a CEO. Better than it could have gone for him, that’s for sure. We still can’t get the image of a younger Michael wanting to see what was “really” in the coffee bags out of our heads.

ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Loved it!

If there was a highlight to the episode, it was the moment when the judge had Dante bring Michael in and then released Sonny. He let everyone have it. And we mean everyone. Both lawyers. Sonny. Carly. Anyone who was involved in this cover up. Diane Miller’s (Caroline Hennesey) line about going from a lawyer to a defendant just like that was great. Stay tuned to see what’s next for this collection.
