TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: What Happened To Big Ed Brown On ‘Before the 90 Days’?

TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’: Before The 90 Days Spoilers finds that recently, there have big some big claims that have come out against Ed “Big Ed” Brown of the show. A TikTok user named Lordakeet recently made two videos saying that he had sexually harassed and assaulted her in the past. She didn’t say when this incident occurred, but she did reveal that she had signed an NDA agreement and that she was currently breaking that agreement by saying anything. However, there is one quid pro quo in there that could apply to her situation, if it is dire enough:

TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’: Before The 90 Days Spoilers – No NDA can prevent you from reporting a suspected crime to the police

That is very easily found information. If her situation was indeed dire enough, I hope that she reported it to the proper authorities before even thinking about doing a video on it because if the crime is as serious as what she alleges, then this does need to be reported. But more on the civil side of things, she said she was breaking an NDA agreement, but we’re wondering just what sort of NDA Agreement she would have had and who was it with?

TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’: Before The 90 Days Spoilers – How non disclosure agreements actually work – a crash course

Just to be fair, unless you are their employer, you cannot go around demanding that individuals sign NDA agreements just for associating with you. NDA agreements are usually signed between two corporations, stating that any of the information that they share stays between them, usually for a certain period of time. (It’s unusual for an NDA agreement to be indefinite, although it’s not completely unheard of.) Employers might have employees sign an NDA agreement stating that they will not discuss the business practices of their employers with anyone else, lest said tricks of the trade be stolen by another, more unscrupulous company.

In Lordakeet’s case, I’m thinking that if she were under Ed’s employ, this NDA agreement might apply to business practices. For instance, if she and Ed were to do a line of photos, videos, or merch relating to said photos and videos then that would fall under an NDA agreement. Alternately, this might apply to certain Tiktoks or even events that could have been filmed by Ed if they had entered into a joint business venture together. Say she had hired him to film some tiktoks or youtube videos in the past, then whatever they did may fall under the NDA agreement.

However, since the last time I checked, sexual assault is a criminal activity, then there is nothing to stop her from reporting this to the proper authorities, which I hope she has. Also, there are certain ways of wording things that would not get in the way of revealing business practices that would make any and all statements that she made completely copaceti with any sort of NDA agreement that she may have signed. If I were going to go so far as to advise Lordakeet of what to do in this situation, it would be to report it to the proper authorities first, and then please talk to legal counsel before making any kind of earth-shattering public statement. I’m pretty sure she’s already done this, but that would just be my advice to anyone in this kind of situation. So, do you think that anything Lordakeet has said violates any kind of NDA agreement? You decide.
