NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers indicate that star Bryan R. Datillo (Lucas Horton) opens up about being Salem’s forever ‘comeback kid.’ Here’s what he has to say!
Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, the handsome actor says that while he never likes leaving DOOL, it’s always so much fun to come back. However, he says that his return hasn’t been all smooth sailing. He said, “I still don’t have a parking pass on the lot. Every time I go through security, I’m stuck at the gate. A couple of times they were like, ‘You are not on the list. Sorry.’ And I’m like, ‘I’m an actor on the show. I swear. Bryan Datillo. Stage 42.’ I have to give a speech to this guy.”

‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers say that this time around Lucas will resurface in Salem just in time to chase after his runaway daughter, Allie, who also happens to be pregnant. And while DOOL fans would love to get all of the latest details and spoilers about upcoming episodes, Bryan admits that he himself doesn’t always know what’s going on.
The actor added, “The multiple times I’ve come back, I have to go to the makeup room to find out what’s going on. I ask Deidre Decker, my makeup artist, ‘What’s happened in the last six months? What do I need to know?’ She’ll update me.”
Luckily, there’s a lot of fast action that will take place in Salem in the coming weeks. Bryan says, “There were a couple of things that transpired where I was like, ‘You’ve got to be kidding me. Really?’ Then there was some things where I was like, ‘Thank God, it’s headed back in this direction.’”
