Jessica’s actions ended up getting her fired from both her CTV show, I Do Redo and her stint on Good Morning America. Here’s what you need to know.
The news of Jessica’s firing comes after a video that was posted by Canadian influencer Sasha Exeter, who says that Jessica threatened her during their argument. They said, “Because recent conduct by one of our shows hosts, Jessica Mulroney, conflicts with our commitment to diversity and equality, CTV has removed ‘I DO REDO’ from all Bell Media channels and platforms effective immediately.”

While Jessica tried to use the “I also have a black friend” card by claiming to have deep, thoughtful and educational conversations with Meghan Markle, who is currently in Los Angeles right now, no one knows if it’s true. In fact, reports claim that Meghan has long dumped Jessica before all of this even began. Multiple sources claim that Jessica was trying to benefit from her connection with Meghan and the royal family. It was actually enough for her to get coverage from many U.S. media outlets, along with a position with Good Morning America.
A source told Page Six that “I don’t know what the tipping point was, but Jess has been on the outs for some time. Their friendship is definitely not what it was. And really, how can you have such a close friendship when one person is basically making a career out of the friendship?”
However, it’s been noted that Jessica Mulroney has never spoken out publicly about her friendship with Meghan Markle. In her interview with Harper’s Bazaar, she said, “This is my first interview that I’ve done since the wedding or anything. Listen, every person has to have a bit of privacy in their life. There are certain things I hold very dear and secret. There are things I’ll never talk about for sure. My life is an open book, but there’s always a few secret pages in the back that nobody will be able to read.”
