NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers reveal Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) might be hiding a dark secret. However, we honestly don’t think she drugged Abigail Deveraux (Kate Mansi). We’ll get to the why in a bit. For now, let’s just say the writers are likely playing us. Let’s take a look at what might be going on, and what could be next for Gabi.
NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Misdirection
So, here is the main reason we don’t believe Gabi drugged Abigail. In a recent episode, Gabi just happened to be in Rafe Hernandez’s (Galen Gering) office talking about how she’d decided to sue DiMera and broke into the Gabi Chic storefront. It was strongly implied she did something more. However, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers indicate we never got to see the confession. Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) barged in and accused Gabi of drugging his wife.

After Chad left, Rafe asked her point blank if she did it. He even asked her to swear on her daughter’s life that she didn’t. Gabi refused to do so and stormed out. At first look, it seems shady of her. Even so, we believe her initial denials. It seems like they wanted us to believe she did it too much. There’s more, though.

Sure, Gabi is furious about getting tossed out of her company. She has every right to be, especially when they were gloating about it. But we watched Gabi seem genuinely sorry for hurting Eli Grant (Lamon Archey). Plus, she was just trying to move on and honor Stefan DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) legacy. After losing everything and coming so close to another stint at Statesville, we really don’t believe she would risk it all by drugging someone again. When you look at her history, she always seems to do something different with her revenge plots. Not to mention she made a point of talking about suing them at Stefan’s grave. Most likely, Gabi stole some designs not yet in production, or did something to some of the inventory. If that’s the case, we don’t think she’ll have much to worry about. So, what else is ahead for her?

We’re pretty sure that Gabi’s name will be cleared before too long. It’s also very likely she’ll use that false accusation to her favor in court. But there’s something else ahead for her, we believe. According to teasers, it looks like Gabi and Jake Lambert (Barash) will kiss. Given how much fans loved the chemistry between these two (and Barash’s Instagram post), we believe there’s a new pairing ahead. One Gabi might just be able to use to her advantage.
