British Royal Family News: Senior Royal Aides Already Planning Huge Events For 2021

 

British royal family news insiders have already given fans an insight into what to expect in 2021. According to the reports, the Queen is already working hard to plan key dates in the diary for next year. This year has seen the Queen’s calendar wiped, with government advice meaning that Her Majesty has been unable to leave Windsor Castle since Easter.

However, the Queen is determined to return back to normal as soon as possible, Reports have already emerged indicating that the Queen may be kept indoors for the remainder of the summer, but she is still continuing to work as best she can behind closed doors. Her Majesty has recently called on other senior members to step up during this period.

With the Queen restricted in doors at present, one eye has already been on next year. Some of Her Majesty’s staff have begun to earmark certain dates that will be worth celebrating. Included in those are Prince Philip’s 100th birthday celebrations and the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. The story has reported that Philip is reluctant to have public celebrations, but the remainder of the family will want to ensure that he gets the recognition that he deserves.

Philip and the Queen have been married since November 1947, and since then Philip has gone on to break British history as he is the longest-serving royal consort. Royal fans will be hoping that they can celebrate his landmark, as no royal has worked harder than him. He has carried out over 22,000 engagements in the past 72 years, before he officially retired two years ago.

Despite stepping back from royal duties in 2017, the Queen continues to lean on Prince Philip for advice and support. Philip is still interested in what is happening in the country despite stepping back from royal life and is very rarely seen in public since 2019.

His dedication to the country was highlighted a number of weeks ago as he took a brief break from retirement to thank frontline workers for their commitment during the coronavirus pandemic. The message was a shock to most royal fans, but it was a welcome sight to see Prince Philip looking healthy while in lockdown.
