NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers for April 28th indicate there are some interesting times ahead. First, we have a new mental health challenge ahead for Abigail Deveraux (Kate Mansi). First off, let’s talk Abigail. She’s been having some intense hallucinations the past episode or so. So much so, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) is worried. Currently, she’s in the hospital and awaiting a doctor to look into what’s going on. It seems it won’t take us long to get some answers here. On Tuesday, Abigail and Chad learn the reason for her hallucinations. If later spoilers are any indication, it seems they’ll be linked to something she’s consumed. And someone else will get the blame for it. Typical.

In other ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers, we’re not even remotely done with the wreckage after Stefano DiMera’s (Nichols) reign of terror. In fact, teasers indicate we’ll see some emotional fallout for a while yet. It continues tomorrow when Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) apologizes to John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) for her actions as Gina (Alfonso). It’s a safe bet that Marlena will definitely be comforting through her apology. She’ll surely tell Hope what she’s already heard since her return—she’s not to blame for what happened when Gina was in control. John, we believe will also be forgiving, although we do see some lingering discomfort after what happened previously.

Also, we’re going to deal with the custody thing again. On Tuesday, Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) gives Rafe disheartening news about the adoption. As we already know Zoey Burge (Kelly Thiebaud) intends to sue for custody of David, as she’s a blood relative. So, we’re guessing that tomorrow, Rafe will learn that she’s either gotten custody now, or she’ll clear a major hurdle toward doing so. And we can’t help feeling sorry for Rafe. He and Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) seem to be Salem’s whipping boys.

Finally, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal that while a decision was made, things haven’t smoothed out between Kayla and Steve. Teasers say she lays into Steve on April 28th. We’re guessing he says the wrong thing while she’s checking on him. Either that, or she tries to offer some friendship and he treats her badly. Stay tune to see if either is the case, or if the writers threw a curveball out there again.
