While Sarah Horton is a person who always seems to have the best of intentions, she always ends up in one bad situation after another. As a matter of fact, Sarah was left utterly heartbroken and devastated when she found out that her daughter Baby Mackenzie has actually been Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) Baby Rachel this entire time. No one can blame Sarah for feeling emotionally distraught over this, but at the same time when you commit a crime, you pay with time.

Of course, this is the last place she would want to be right now, especially after everything that she’s gone through.
