ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for Tuesday, April 21 indicate the Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) situation will get worse for Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan). We’ll also see Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Bernard) slight Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober), while Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) continues meddling in other people’s lives. First up, it seems there’s another voice yet to chime in on the Wiley custody battle. On Tuesday’s episode, Michael will have a chat with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) about the situation. It seems he’ll bring up the marriage plan in vague terms, because Joss wants to know what strategy Michael is talking about. We have no doubt that if he tells her, she’ll be 100% on board with this. Almost everyone is, because it’s all about taking down Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) at all costs.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For April 21: Trouble ahead
It seems that the mob war is going to escalate on April 21st. Sonny will apparently miss his meeting with Cyrus, which we’re sure will offend him to no end. Teasers for the day indicate Julian Jerome (William deVry) catches the attention of an unwelcome source, which we can only assume is Cyrus. The promo has him suggesting a collaboration, which we assume will be Cyrus’ way of getting back at Sonny for the missed meeting. And he couldn’t have chosen a better person to stick it to his opponent, either. Just by the wording “unwelcome source”, we have a feeling Julian won’t be feeling this idea at first. However, we do think he’ll go along with it.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For April 21: The end?
In related ‘General Hospital’ spoilers, we think we know the reason for that missed meeting. We don’t believe it was intentional at all, but an emergency situation. The situation with Mike Corbin (Max Gail) hasn’t been good lately, and is only getting worse. Since Mike asks Sonny if it’s over in the promo, we have a feeling there’s a farewell coming sooner rather than later.

This next one makes us think Carly has a bit of an unhealthy fixation on a certain relationship in Port Charles. In the promo, we see Carly tell Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) there’s a better way to handle it. To us, it sounds like she’s objecting to Jason’s decision to keep his distance from Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and the kids during this mob war.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For April 21: Also
It looks like things are going to get ugly in the Cassadine/Spencer fight on Tuesday. Only not in the way we might have expected. In the promo, Lulu asks Laura Webber (Genie Francis) what she calls this. Laura responds she calls it advocating for Charlotte, and the tone in her voice is one you don’t argue with. They’re clearly at odds here, and we believe that Laura might be encouraging Lulu to back off the fight and try to make things work as co-parents.
On the other side of this thing, teasers suggest Valentin is thrown for a loop on Tuesday. We can’t blame him for being surprised and there are a couple reasons for this. One could be Lulu backing down and offering an olive branch to Valentin. However, we think the more likely scenario is that Charlotte has observed a lot more than Valentin might realize. In the promo, she tells Valentin it’s not what he said, it’s what he did. Has she been having doubts about Daddy’s hero status lately? Tune in to find out.
