ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for Monday, April 13th reveal that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will be doing a bit of soul searching to start the week off. Plus, we’ll see some more catfighting, as well as a return to the Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) story. Plus, Laura Webber (Genie Francis) is being sneaky. Let’s take a look at what the promo for the day has in store.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Self-Aware
First, let’s talk about Nina. ‘General Hospital’ spoilers indicate she’ll muse she might be more like Nelle Benson (Chloe Lanier) than she wants to admit. We have a feeling that Nina will notice how affected Nelle was by her latest faceoff with Carly. This might just make her feel bad about giving her a job just to take her down. We see this as the beginning of some bonding that will eventually lead to the truth about Nina’s lost daughter.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Protection?
Next, we’re a bit surprised to see this clip. ‘General Hospital’ spoilers indicate that Laura tells Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Sturart) that Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan) knows nothing about this meeting between them. We wonder if she’s looking for a little under the radar protection for Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) and Lulu. She did seem pretty rattled about Cyrus Renault (Jeff Webber) getting out of jail. Plus, he did sort of threaten her. This must be her way of protecting them while not worrying Lulu about what’s going on. Of course, this has huge potential to blow up in Laura’s face if Lulu were to find out.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Peter Drama
As for the rest of the promo, most of the clips had to do with the Peter August (Wes Ramsey) situation. So you know it’ll be a good part of Monday’s episode, as well as the week ahead. In one clip, Liesl tells Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) that Peter’s scrambling to cover his tracks. The poor girl’s not getting a lot of support lately, so she’ll need Robert on Monday. We assume this scene means they’re talking strategy to clear her name and bust Peter. If anyone is going to crack this case, it should be him. He’s obviously motivated.
As for Peter, he promises Anna he’ll do everything in his power to keep what he has. This will likely mean using those connections to try silencing Liesl. And possibly keep Robert from having access to her. If he learns about their visits, he’ll clearly see it as a threat.
In related news, Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) tells Liesl she came to say goodbye. We see this destroying Liesl, and it should be a pretty intense scene. Of course, we’re also sure Maxie will be harsh and make her inevitable crow hard to swallow when the time comes.
ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Again?
Finally, it seems like Lulu and Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) just can’t let things go. It looked like they made progress when she told Dustin Phillips (Mark Lawson) to go ahead and collaborate on music with Brook Lynn. But Monday, something will set this war off again. In the preview, Lulu calls Brook Lynn a bitch. And it looks like they’re about to jump into round two. Will Chase be an innocent victim yet again? We’ll have to wait and see.
