TLC 90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: Will the new travel ban affect Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi?

TLC 90 Day Fiancé Spoilers finds that the short answer is, yes, and that is bad news for the couple that some of us have been rooting for on 90 day fiancé. Michael Ilesanmi’s visa has already been denied at least once that I know of, and that was without a travel ban in place. What does a travel ban mean, exactly? It means that people from the countries on the list are not allowed to travel to the United States. Very recently, like within the last week, recently, Nigeria was added to the list, which is where our dear Michael is from.

TLC 90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: What would she have to do to get Michael to the US?

So I was poking around the internet and because I was genuinely curious as to what Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi are to do now that his K-91 visa is technically no longer valid. For those of us who aren’t familiar with how immigration works then this is going to take a bit of explaining. Now that the k-91 is no longer valid, it looks like Angela will have to file what is known as a I-130 petition to have him brought over as a spouse. That Nigeria wedding is looking better and better, wouldn’t you say?

TLC 90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: Nigeria wedding a blessing in disguise?

Seriously though, if Angela could get married in Nigeria and bring Michael over as a spouse then they would not be affected by the travel ban. I know she raised a big stink about it and obviously she wants her family to see her get married, but is it really worth it if the federal government is going to ban your potential spouse from visiting the US anyway? Besides, just because you get married in a foriegn country doesn’t mean you can’t have another wedding ceremony in the US, it just won’t be the official one.

TLC 90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: Facing Reality

Unless she’s not serious about this wedding and she’s willing to let Michael go, then Angela needs to listen to his family and just have the wedding in Nigeria and then file for Michael to come to the US as her spouse, since that is not affected by the travel ban. As unfortunate as it is, she just needs to realize that this time her family isn’t going to be able to watch her walk down the aisle the way that she wants it to happen. That doesn’t mean that they won’t be able to watch her walk down the aisle though… ever heard of live feeds and streaming? Maybe she needs to talk to someone at TLC about it, I know i sure would if I was that adamant that my family be able to watch me walk down the aisle. We’ll just have to see how this goes, stay tuned!!! For any other soap opera and entertainment news, please visit Daily Soap Dish.
