CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers reveal Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) and Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) releases some steam on the hotel roof. After running into eachother on the elevator, they talk about their rough days, Amanda dealing with Ripley Turner (Christian Keyes). As Billy tells her he and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) spoke with their children. Amanda apologizes but Billy says he feels a bit better that he and Victoria are separating.
Billy Abbott asks if she’s up for a “celebrationhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J0MuRoqajKg”. She says she could probably do something and Billy presses a button on the elevator. Amanda asks where they’re going. He tells her, “trust me.”
CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Billy Takes Amanda To A Hotel Ledge – They Let Loose
Next, we see Billy standing on the ledge of the hotel overlooking Genoa City. He’s noticeably happy and has a huge smile on his face. He tells Amanda it feels like he’s on top of the world. Nothing’s holding him back. She stands there looking at him like he’s crazy. In a classic ‘Aladdin’ moment, Billy tells her to trust him and helps her up to the ledge. They sit there looking down on Genoa City and how small it looks. Amanda tells him she feels alive and thanks to him for sharing this moment with him. Billy tells her they aren’t done yet, they’re going to shout. Amanda again looks at him like he’s crazy but lets out a beckoning yell. A smile widens across her face and Billy lets out a yell too.
It’s a powerful moment for both of them and even may lead to Amanda doing something about Ripley. When Billy goes back downstairs he runs into Phyllis Summers (Michele Stafford) smiling and begins chatting with her. She thinks it’s strange he’s smiling so much and wants to know what’s going on. He tells her it just feels good right now, he’s finally him again. What do you think? Is this the first move between an Amanda and Billy relationship?
