As many fans already know, Thomas is a man on a mission. He is doing all he can to wine and dine Zoe Buckingham just so he can get the real love of his life Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) pregnant. By making it look like Thomas and Zoe are hot and heavy together, he is hoping that Hope will see them and realize that she sure is missing a lot by not being with him. In fact, spoilers also tease that Thomas will soon propose to Zoe. Nothing makes a woman more jealous than seeing two people engaged, right?

CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Will Thomas Forrester Become A Father Again? The Only Way To Seal The Deal Is With A Pregnancy
However, it looks like a little ‘surprise’ pregnancy is going to throw everyone in the loop. That’s because ‘Bold and the Beautiful’ spoilers indicate that Zoe might soon find out that she’s expecting. That’s right: Douglas Forrester (Henry Samiri) is going to have a sibling! But then again, there’s always a chance that Hope might hit the sheets with Thomas and find herself pregnant, too. And while Hope certainly doesn’t want Thomas in her life, there’s a good chance that she might want his second baby, just because she believes she has to protect all of the world’s children from him.
Of course, no one knows if Zoe is truly pregnant. False positives do exist. But this little shock will definitely put things in perspective for Zoe as it will force her to make some major changes in her life. Pretending to fall in love with Thomas is one thing, but actually falling in love with him is another. Right? Needless to say, fans will have to tune in for all of the action!
