A message in a bottle
After everything Thomas has done to his son thus far (Seriously? No child services in this show?), he can’t possibly torment Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Simiri) any more, right?
Yeah, about that…
One of the spoilers for today hints that Douglas is going to be the bearer of tidings for Hope Logan (Annika Noelle). Sounds simple. The problem is we don’t know what the message is yet.
So unfair, right? How can they expect us to write spoilers without this information?
As luck would have it, there are plenty of theories out there plus some of our own. See? CBS The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers aren’t just pretty faces. Okay, that was a bit much.
We’ve seen a few ideas, and we that the message is most likely an invite to the Forrester dinner party. This makes sense given Hope would probably refuse otherwise, so using his kid (again, and again, and again) to entice her to come would be the logical manipulative thing to do.
On the other hand, Thomas likes to think of himself as a master manipulator, so we were wondering if maybe he hints that he really wants the three of the to be a family, but Hope needs some encouragement. That’d give Douglas the push needed to offer to invite her, or be pressed into service without a second’s thought.
Either way, most things seem to point to it being an invite as Thomas has more plans to hatch.
He really needs a cheesy mustache to twist, doesn’t he?
Liam is going to be Liam
After causing a huge debacle with his effort to intimidate Thomas (Maybe not looking like a disappointed puppy next time would help, Liam?), he refocuses his efforts on Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes).
It makes sense since Thomas outsmarted him (that had to hurt) and Hope has no reason to listen to him. Two strike and no balls left, Liam winds up for another swing and…
Bunts? Foul tip?
There are plenty of spoilers and hints pointing to something in Zoe doesn’t fully buy into Thomas, which sets her a few light years ahead of Hope.
What she’ll do with this understanding or if she’ll give Liam any indication that she believes Liam is still up in the air (Maybe a pat on the head?), but it’s not beyond the realm of thought that she’d set rules for Thomas.
And if he violates them… well, it’s not going to be pleasant for him.
Unfortunately, we’ll have to wait and see what exactly happens, but until then let us know what you think in the comments.
