CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, January 15 indicate that Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) will get the confirmation she’s been dreading for awhile now concerning her medical condition. She wanted to make sure that things were as bad as all that before she told her family any bad news, now it looks like she will get the phone call that she’s been dreading and she will finally admit everything to Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) and lean on him as she breaks down. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will get the call, but he may be too busy helping someone else first to get to Sharon. Looks like the one who will really be there for her is Rey, and that is the one that she’ll explore treatment options with.

Nick will be too busy getting involved in other people’s business it looks like, but just who will that be? Well, first off there’s Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and her drama that he may just get himself embroiled in. But then there’s also the fact of the matter of getting to the bottom of the past Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) and brother Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) share. It looks like now will be the time we find out about what happened in Vegas but how much and how relevant it is to Nick is anyone’s guess. As for his involvement with Sharon, it may take little Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) to track him down about her Mom over the next few days.

Meanwhile Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) will be stirring up trouble at Society. Something he does will be interpreted as encroaching one Kyle Abbott’s (Michael Mealor) territory, namely when it comes to wife Lola Rosales (Sasha Caille). Kyle’s been patient, for months he has stood by and watched Theo try and sink his hooks into her in a roundabout way, but today, something will be worth fighting over because Kyle will give him the punch heard ‘round the world much to Lola’s shock and horror! Looks like there’ll be a fight in the kitchen of Society! Anybody want to place bets? My money’s on Theo! But who knows, the grudgematch may belong to Kyle! Stay tuned!!!
