Way to go, girl! Nicole Nafziger, 90 Day Fiancé alum, showed off her incredible weight loss on her Instagram page on Friday. The 26 year old TLC star shared two mirror selfies where she showed off her hot body in a bra and black leggings, paired with a red hooded sweatshirt.

While Nicole revealed that how she “struggled to stay consistent with health kicks in the past,” she has been able to stay on track in the past couple of weeks. The TV show star has been on her weight loss journey for almost a year. For Nicole, progress has been slow and steady because all that she wanted was to be healthy overall. She had a some results in 2018, but the road to health has been a bumby one.
“I really just want to be comfortable in my own skin,” Nicole said in a chat with In Touch exclusively at the time.
Nicole Nafgizer also shared how she motivates herself, and how her long-distance love, Azan Tefou (Hassan M’Raouni) has helped a her lot.
“I fill my Instagram with fitness accounts like @fatgirlfedup and @myadventuretofit to help stay motivated! Also, my fiancé, Azan is a great motivator, always letting me know he supports me in my journey and keeps the encouraging words coming,” she added.
Nicole, who is a mother of one also explained that she is doing this because she wants to lead a healthy lifestyle for her daughter, May. “Overall, I want to be healthy and live a better lifestyle for me and for my daughter May,” she said. “I want her to grow up with this healthy lifestyle and learn good things from me and Azan.” She said.
In September, Nicole announced she and her partner, Azan would not be coming back for another season of the spin-off 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After. But this doesn’t mean their relationship is broken, because Nicole confirmed she and boo, Azan are still together even though she is still living in Florida while he still lives in Morocco.
“We have no official plans to get married right now but we are happily engaged and waiting for the right moment to tie the knot,” she told In Touch. “Every couple has their arguments/disagreements and being long distance isn’t easy either. We are happy and truly stronger [than] ever in our relationship.” She said.
