The Friday, November 8th time jump didn’t happen until the very end. That’s when Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) revealed to a just-awakened Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) she spent one year in a coma. Talk about a mind-blowing situation. Before time jumped at the end of Friday’s episode, Sarah Horton (Lindsey Godfrey) was in a bad spot. Thanks to Kristin DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) wanting to make amends for her sins, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) found out Sarah is pregnant. This led him to rush to Casa Kiriakis and demand some answers. He found Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) there, who eventually cracks under Eric’s demands. She blurts out that Sarah’s pregnant. So, what happened next?

‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers: Xander for the save
As we figured a long time ago, Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) stepped in. He overheard this argument and claimed the baby belonged to him. Sarah backs up his claim, but while Eric can be a bit boring, he ain’t stupid. He wants proof. That’s when things get even crazier.
‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers: Dr. Rolf strikes again
Apparently, in Salem of the future, Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) is still working at the Titan lab. After Eric had demanded proof of Xander’s paternity, Xander got our resident “quack” to work up some fake paperwork proving that Xander’s the daddy. Sarah continues to go along with the hoax, and even grows closer with Xander. Xander, meanwhile has been enjoying playing daddy to a baby that isn’t his. Or is she? There are future spoilers out there suggesting that a fake daddy is going to learn he’s the real deal. Is it Xander, or will it be Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), who is playing father to a child himself? We’ll have to wait and see.

Of course, this scam Xander and Sarah Horton are pulling off isn’t built to last. Not with Nicole around. She was told the truth about the fake paternity test by Xander. He also told her (again) to keep her mouth shut. Given some of the interactions between her and Eric, we’re guessing that’ll work out about as well as the last time. Guess time hasn’t made Xander wiser…
