The week begins with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) looking at the past and their family’s history. They go over some major milestones, celebrations and heartbreaks as they prepare to tell the story of the Abbott family. Meanwhile, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) works to make some amends with his own family. He wants to put things back at Newman Enterprises but unfortunately his daughter Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) refuses to cooperate with him. Here’s what you need to know.
‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Monday, October 7: Jack & Traci Prepare To Tell the Story Of the Abbott Family!
The week begins with Jack and Traci looking fondly back at their family’s history. Even though there have been plenty of ups and downs, the two know that the Abbott family have a story to tell. That’s why they’ve decided to pen a book together about their family’s legacy. They will also look at their parent’s marriage from a different perspective.
Elsewhere, Victor knows that he’s got a lot of work ahead of him as he tries to clean up the mess he left behind from his ‘fake’ death. As much as he wanted to teach everyone in the family a lesson, this little stunt in turn hurt business over at Newman enterprises. If that weren’t enough, things aren’t going so well between Victor and his daughter, Victoria Newman. She’s feeling both hurt and rejected over the fact that her father has no confidence in her or her skills. Victoria thinks that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) might have something to do with her father’s behavior.

Also, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) has her eyes set on a new prize. And that prize might end up taking her back to Las Vegas. Fans will have to tune in for all of the action!
