There’s also more reason to suspect Alex Molina (Iván Sánchez) and Natalia Saldaña (Samantha Siqueiros) gets an unwelcome surprise when she is brought to yet another location. Eli is seriously begging for trouble. Today, she meets with Alfonso to talk. She thinks that it is best if they don’t see each other anymore, given everything that has been going on. He actually seems relieved a moment, before turning away to hide that reaction, but she notices. This sets her off and they get into a confrontation, which Gabriel (Jordi Planas), his advisor interrupts. As she leaves, she swears that the party is going to know what kind of slime he is. Poor Gabriel is lost and wants to know what trouble Alberto has started now. He promises to take care of things.

His method of handling the situation makes it more likely he is the one who killed his wife. Alberto later tries to run Eli down on the street, but she manages to jump out of the way in time.

Mónica is in serious trouble after being caught snooping. She begs to be left alone, but Dmitri (Oleg Kricunova) thinks she’s a cop. She swears that’s not true, and she’s just a mother looking for her missing child. He doesn’t show a bit of sympathy and ends up taking her hostage. She fights back and apparently manages to get him pretty good. After her pleas for him to get to a hospital are ignored, she’s loaded into a van…

Back at the police station, Daniel finally manages to get someone to listen. He swears that he was helping Mónica look for her daughter and she was expecting him. He urges the cops to check his phone, where they find the messages from Mónica. He’s furious and points out he’d said he needed to hear those hours ago. Anything could have happened to her in that time. Now somewhat humbled, he is allowed to help search for her. They leave for the bar she said she was at.

Meanwhile, Alex has also now heard Mónica’s message. He heads to the bar, getting there first. He ends up being taken hostage with Mónica as well, where they both try to urge the men to bring them to Alex’s place. He has medical supplies that Dmitri needs badly if he’s going to live.
It eventually works, but this team is not very loyal. The partner takes Mónica upstairs to get the supplies, as well as money Alex promised to allow them to escape the country. He immediately decides after getting his hands on the cash that it’s too late for Dmitri, so he doesn’t care about the medical supplies.
They’re almost back out onto the street by the time Daniel arrives. Alex had been smart enough to use his smart watch to make a call to Daniel, who overheard where they were going. They manage to get the partner busted, while Dmitri turns out to have died.

There are a couple of things that make Alex look iffy right now. The death of Dmitri is one of them. Daniel seems to have doubts about the explanation, and the way it was played out makes us doubt him as well.
Adding to the problems, Daniel notices the guy he was chasing in the hospital when Mónica gets wheeled upstairs for some tests. The man steps into the elevator with her and the nurse. He tries to get inside as well, but he’s too late. The elevator closes, and he races up the stairs. When he stops outside an elevator about to open, they aren’t there.

Finally, Natalia is drugged and taken elsewhere again. They leave her alone a minute to get more of the drug for the long trip ahead, and in that time, she wakes up. She flees the car and flags down help. Unfortunately, this help is also connected with the bad guys. One of these days, this girl is not going to trust a single person and just slip away under the radar. Seriously.
She is drugged again and wakes up in a new location. She manages to sit up and look out the window, realizing she’s back in Mexico City, where her story started.
