Jordan Ridgeway had planned for Ciara to eat that poison cupcake, then let Ben take the fall. She’d planted a vial of cyanide in his jacket pocket, which Ciara found. Her plan hasn’t quite worked out, though. Ciara is just as steadfast in believing in Ben as ever.

‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers: Execution fail
Jordan made a mess of this plot, proving that she’s a great schemer, but horrible in the practical side of it. Rafe and JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) were on to her, and JJ has now been attacked by what he knew had to be Jordan, making any explanation for this impossible. Plus, there were her other fails. With time running out, she went directly to Ciara and tried to get her to come with Jordan. Luckily for Ciara, Ben showed up in time. He even managed to get David free of her in the Wednesday, October 30th episode. Jordan’s currently being hunted by the Salem PD. Which means, she’ll be openly causing trouble all over town any time now.

Jordan’s escape has some consequences for #Cin. Ben Weston’s already feeling the guilt over essentially forcing Ciara into going to that party. He also failed to realize the suspicious nature of Jordan’s birthday invite. He is blaming himself for Ciara almost eating that poison cupcake. What is it with people in this town and deadly baked goods?
Anyway, we’re seeing some struggles in their relationship ahead, thanks to Wednesday’s events. Ben will not let go of that guilt easily, no matter what Ciara says. The only question is, will he push her away now? We’ll have to wait and see.
