There was some speculation that Jordi would be leaving Genoa City for Salem. That’s because his character Rey was having a hard time both professionally and personally on the show. He was not only let go of the Genoa City Police Department, but also split up with his girlfriend, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case).

So, what’s a handsome man like Jordi Vilasuso supposed to do? That’s what fans were wanting to know. There was some speculation that he would reprise his role as Dario Hernandez on ‘Days of Our Lives’. After all, everyone is wondering who Jordan Ridgeway’s (Chrishell Hartley) baby daddy is and seeing how Dario and Jordan had a history, there was some speculation that it was him.
