Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Tuesday, June 18 reveal the return of Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) and Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo), as they race to Will Horton’s (Chandler Massey) bedside. There’s also bonding between Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus), and counter-scheming. Of course, is that really a spoiler? Who isn’t scheming? Just in case you missed the action, let’s catch you up in today’s Days of Our Lives rundown.
Days of Our Lives spoilers: Firestarter Claire Brady’s (Olivia Rose Keegan) days numbered?
Claire is feeling a little bit better about herself, now that Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) has expressed doubts about Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson). She visits Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva) today to let her know about the latest developments. Eve’s happy about this, and thinks that she has the perfect way to really nail Ben for the latest fire.
She wants Claire to give a statement about Ben knowing that Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) tried to frame him, giving motive for trying to take Tripp out. Claire’s reluctant, as her whole end game has been about getting Tripp back for so long. This wouldn’t do that. Plus, she seems to have a little something else in mind. She wants Tripp to suffer, but she wants to be the one to take care of that. Eve is obviously a bit unnerved by this suggests Claire get some help. Claire’s offended, and denies having a problem.

Meanwhile, Ciara is visiting Tripp at the loft. She explains what happened with Ben, his hypnosis session, how Claire almost torched his clothes, and how Claire could’ve known where Ciara was when the first fire happened. Tripp’s skeptical at first, but Claire manages to convince him that Claire is a sick woman and needs help. She wants help in getting Claire to confess. Claire, of course, walks in just as Tripp says, “I’ll help you.” She wants to know what he’s going to help with.
Days of Our Lives spoilers: Anxiety and bonding
After learning that Gabi Chic may be on the way out, and having learned how serious Will’s condition is, Gabi’s feeling a little vulnerable when she goes by the DiMera mansion after Will and Sonny Kiriakis’ (Freddie Smith) wedding. She confronts Stefan, demanding to know the truth about whether she is being pushed out since Not-Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) is going to be part of the DiMera family.
With the father of her only child on the verge of death, she can’t take another loss. Stefan denies that anyone is getting forced out, but he is adding new blood to DiMera. He thinks the company needs it. Gabi agrees, and their conversation turns back to Will and the consequences for her daughter. She had her brother growing up, as Ari would have Sonny, but it wasn’t the same.
Stefan can relate, and they bond over being fatherless. Stefan admits that he’s been feeling the pressure of proving himself against a guy he never met, and Gabi think he’s got what it takes. Stefan wonders if she’s just saying that and Gabi insists she’s being truthful, despite the fact she’ll happily lie if it gets her what she wants. And now we’re not sure if this is still her plotting, or if she’s genuinely starting to bond with him.
Days of Our Lives spoilers: Mama bear on the loose
Sami comes back in full-force today. After learning that Will and Sonny are married now, and that the team working on the cure is getting closer than ever, she wants to go, “Light a fire under their asses.” We love Sami. She’s talked down, and she and Lucas enter Will’s room. Sonny, upon hearing that the cure is close, decides to go seek out more info and give them time alone wit their son.
Sami is all set to get every specialist she can find on the case, but Will refuses to let her do it. He thinks the team already working on the problem is going to have to be enough. Sami wants to do more, though, because he’s her son. She then nearly breaks down in his arms, vowing to do anything to help him.
When Sonny comes back with no new progress, Sami storms out of the room against Will’s protests to “throw a fit, a chair” if that’s what it takes to get people moving. Ha! Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) stops her before she can track down Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans).
Meanwhile, Lucas is having a moment with Kate DiMera (Lauren Koslow). He thinks he’s been a crap father, and is really feeling the guilt right now. Kate reminds him of what he’s done for his son, and assures him she’s proud.
Back in the room, Sonny is assuring Will that he won’t give up on a cure. Will manages to tell Sonny that he’s happy Sonny’s here before he suddenly flatlines.
