‘Young and the Restless’ spoilers update for Wednesday, March 27 finds Sharon Newman(Sharon Case) giving Paul (Doug Davidson) a piece of her mind after he fired Rey (Jordi Vilasuso). Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) is drinking her sorrows away after hearing Arturo’s (Jason Canela) confession. Also, Kyle (Michael Mealor) is feeling torn between his wife, Summer (Hunter King) and his ex-girlfriend, Lola (Sasha Calle).
‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers Wednesday, March 27 Update: Sharon Rips Into Paul, Resigns From GCPD Over Rey Firing – Kyle Guilt-Stricken Over Lola Betrayal, Summer Possibly Pregnant
At the Abbott house, Jack (Peter Bergman) asks Abby about a broken glass found in the laundry pile by the housekeeper. She claims that it was from a windshield and that it was an accident.
Lola pays Summer a visit in her hospital room. She thanks her for donating her liver and tells her that she’s grateful, however, she doesn’t want to cross paths with her ever again. She also congratulates Summer on her marriage to Kyle and wants to move on. Kyle then appears. He wants to help Lola but she tells him that he’s better off staying with his wife. Rey appears and collects Lola. He says it’s time she gets back to her old life. Kyle also decides to take Summer home and says that he doesn’t want to discuss Lola anymore.
At the Genoa City Police Department, Paul tells Sharon that he’s still shocked over everything that has happened in his absence. Sharon brings up Rey and says the treatment he received was unfair. Paul reiterates that he got what he deserved – he was a rogue cop and that he’s lucky he didn’t get arrested. Sharon tells Paul she is resigning from her position. Paul tells her that she’s making a mistake and that Rey is not worth the trouble.
At the Abbott house, Kyle and Summer are back home and ready to move on with their lives, too. Abby makes a comment about how this is not what their honeymoon is supposed to look like. She’s also drinking a glass of champagne. Summer passes out. Jack makes a toast to love, with Abby snarking at his side. A confused Kyle asks Abby about Jason. Abby can’t help but laugh and say that she’s no longer having problems with him. She then admits that she took a hammer to his car and says all men are the same.

Upstairs, Summer thanks Kyle for being by her side. She says that he’s a good husband. Downstairs, Jack makes a comment about Summer being possibly pregnant. Kyle realizes that he’s still in love with Lola and is having a hard time moving on. Upstairs, Summer tells Jack that they are indeed in love and that she knows Kyle has always had feelings for her, so much so that Lola knows it, too. That’s why she’s moved on. Downstairs, Kyle is texting Lola.
