General Hospital Spoilers: Scotty Too Nicey Helps Ryan, But Did Ryan Make A Fatal Mistake – Shiloh Wins Over Hearts In PC

General Hospital spoilers relate that Ryan gets some help, but also makes a blunder. Will his mistake lead to his eventual end? If you’re ready to start a new week in Port Charles, but you missed yesterday’s episode, don’t worry. We’ve got you covered on all the things you need to know in your daily General Hospital recap.

General Hospital Spoilers: January 7 Recap – Ryan Creeps Laura Out

So, last we saw Laura Collins (Genie Francis), she was approached by Not-Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) at the gym – of course we’re talking about Ryan. They talk a bit about the town hall, and Laura reaffirms her promise to fight for mental health reform, and patients’ rights. He proceeds to act completely creepy with a response that has Laura wondering what he wants.

After all, even if the patients are sent to jail, they both agreed before it’s better than being stuck in a mind that’s not working properly. The whole time, he’s holding something he’d picked up in the gym, holding it so suspiciously, we question Laura’s intelligence and ability to run the city. Things only get worse when Scotty Baldwin (Kin Shriner) comes in for a workout and starts talking about the killings.

GH Spoilers: Scotty Too Nicey, Falls Right Into Ryan’s Hands

Scotty is being such a helpful person, giving all the details he knows about the case to the killer himself, and neither he or Laura pick up on the suspicious edge in Not-Kevin’s (Ryan Chamberlain) voice when he’s talking about it. Lucky for Laura, the subject of Gail Baldwin (Susan Brown) comes up and Laura is shocked by her death. She offers to get some coffee with Scotty and share some memories.

He takes her up on it, and Not-Kevin tells her not to worry about leaving. Whatever he was going to say was just a passing thought. He leaves the potential murder weapon hanging on the boxing ring and leaves, no doubt to re-asses his game plan. But was leaving the potential murder weapon on the boxing ring and gloves a mistake?

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers – Shiloh, Slowly Winning People’s Hearts and Trust?

So, Oscar Nero (Garren Lake Stitt) is seen in this episode in his hospital room. He’s getting some tutoring by Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and making plans for what he wants to do once he’s sprung from his bed. Shiloh/Hank/Cult Guy (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) and Kristina Davis (Lexi Ainsworth) come to visit, as does Kim Nero (Tamara Braun). She thanks Shiloh for giving Oscar a place to stay while they worked out their issues.

While they talk, Kim finds out that Oscar’s tests are in. She messages Drew Cain (Billy Miller) and leaves to speak to Dr. Terry Randolph (Cassandra James). The news isn’t good once she, Drew, and Terry are together. Seems the therapy they were trying didn’t work, and Oscar is still inoperable. Kim is obviously devastated and doesn’t want to tell Oscar right away.

He’s having a good day, after all, and she’s afraid that maybe it would be his last. Drew insists that he needs to know the truth. They later go into the room, where Josslyn is still hanging out with Oscar. Kim wants to talk to him alone, but he insists that Josslyn should stay, too. Drew agrees, and the scene cuts to a through-the-window-shot of them breaking the news, and Oscar and Josselyn’s reactions.

While all that is going on, Julian Jerome (William DeVry) is getting hell from Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) after having witnessed an argument between him and Drew over New Year’s Eve. She thinks he’s being stupid and childish, and we are so with her. When she finds out that Julian did not, in fact, sleep with anyone—he’d told Kim that to get even for the kiss—she asks if Kim thinks it was her. He says he didn’t tell her it was Alexis, but he didn’t really deny it either. She is so not happy, and we think he better invest in those self-defense classes being offered.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: The Scammer Becomes the Mark

Today, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) are still dealing with Kristina Davis’ (Lexi Ainsworth) decision to move in with Cult Guy, AKA: Shiloh. Alexis arrives to see them and ask about Kristina, and we’re completely in awe of the lack of parenting here when Sam expresses concerns, and all Alexis can do is say that she’s glad that it’s Sam that has to worry about this stuff first. Almost right after, she leaves, showing absolutely zero concern, it seems, for the fact her daughter is with questionable company.

Not deterred by Alexis’ total non-reaction, Sam keeps digging and she and Jason finally discover that Cult Guy is actually David Henry Archer, the son of one of her old marks (Henry Archer, played by), and she is the common factor amongst everyone they know of staying at the house. Looks like being a ‘Gold digging tramp’, as she put it doesn’t pay. Okay, she didn’t exactly call herself that, but she said her mark’s son did as an excuse for not going to the wedding, and she says he wasn’t wrong.
