    ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for the week of July 4th reveal we lost an episode for the holiday. But despite this being a short week, they’re cramming a lot of action in. We’ll see some more fallout from Carly Corinthos’ (Laura Wright) investment in Aurora, plus a snag in the plan to catch Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). We’ll also see what appears to be a horrible idea on the part of the people behind that shopping show. Here’s what you need to know.

    ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Losing it all?

    So, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Carly refused to listen to warnings and decided to take the big risk by investing in Aurora. Of course, with the deal now dead, Carly is scrambling to figure out how to get her part of the hotel back. And it looks like she’ll fall apart a minute over the situation. But we’re still convinced she’d rather lose the Metro Court than take any help from Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard).

    As for Olivia, she’s apparently stressing herself. Clearly unable to talk Carly into getting help from her ex,  Olivia appears to be resigning herself to her fate. In the promo, she tells Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth), “It’s all falling apart.”

    ABC ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Father/Son battle?

    Elsewhere, Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) has been a bit confusing lately. In some ways, it seems he was conditioned to do things by Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy), his alleged daddy dearest. However, he seemed to remember being the French naval captain whenever it comes up, so it would almost seem he’s playing an angle against Victor. However, this week, it appears things will come to a head. Either he’ll be tired of the game or learn he’s been used because he threatens to cut Victor’s throat.

    Meanwhile, Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has had some questions about Valentin at time. And it looks like she might be sharing with Laura Webber (Genie Francis). Laura will ask if everything’s okay. Anna definitely doesn’t look it in the clip, so we’ll see how much she’ll share.

    Meanwhile, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is at it again. She looks to be the reason things go wrong in the plan to catch Esme, as she is shown shoving Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) into the pool. Looks like the girl’s found a new hobby—drenching people she doesn’t like. And she proves she pays attention as well as Carly did over the stock thing, as she’s already been warned not to do that anymore.

    So, we were wondering exactly how that shopping channel appearance was going to go wrong. And it looks like we have an answer. In the promo, things look to be going quite well. Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) looks relatively comfortable and she’s smiling during the appearance. Until, that is, someone mentions bringing out a baby. Going by the look on Lucy Coe’s (Lynn Herring) face, we think that might be another change. One they didn’t let any of the Deception team know about.
