First off, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers Carly expresses her regrets. We assume her recent revelation to Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) could have her reflecting on the past some more. And we think she might just make some big changes as a result. In the promo, she tells Drew, “Maybe it’s time I stop being Carly Corinthos.”

Elsewhere, we saw Joss and Michael rescue Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) from Sonny. Sort of. They managed to get Dex untied, but they still haven’t been able to leave the building, thanks to Sonny’s sudden arrival. This will lead to a big mess, and it sounds like Sonny is going to be pushed to a limit.
However, it looks like they’ll be able to leave no problem, especially now that Sonny knows a woman is responsible for the attacks. And Dex will waste no time in trying to capitalize on this. He’ll promise Michael, “That is how I can get you what you need.”
Meanwhile, Joss and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) will catch up on the latest. And it sounds like that includes Joss’ recent rescue mission. She’ll tell Trina, “Sonny is even worse than I thought.” Funny how she never had a problem with his reputation and methods all these years. But he upsets Carly and all of a sudden, she’s going on about how evil he is.
Sounds like someone might be more upset with herself than him. Just wait until Joss finds out what her brother’s been up to. We’d venture to say he’s just as bad, if not worse. He’s putting someone in this dangerous position to get revenge. Plus, he’s using the memory of a dead man to work Sonny’s emotions and sneak a spy by him.

Finally, a lot of people have had concerns about Ryan and his true condition. While most are content with the findings of his doctors, Ava has always had her doubts. And now she’s confirmed them, after using Esme’s name to get a reaction. She’ll tell Ryan, “I knew it was too good to be true.” The question is, what will she do with this information? And she’s taking a huge risk by testing that while alone in a room with him.
