NBC ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers indicate that Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) wants to do whatever it takes to get rid of his nemesis Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson), even if that means he has to do something really shady in order for that to happen. Here’s what you need to know.
Xander and Jan Spears (Natalie Ramsey) come up with a way to get Philip out of the picture. Jan files an assault charge against Philip. Actor Paul Telfer, who plays Xander on the hit NBC soap, says that he’s absolutely happy with the way that his plot is working until his lover catches wind of what’s happening. For Xander though, he sees his relationship with Jan as an opportunity as she can help him turn the screws on Phillip a little bit.

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, the handsome actor said that Sarah Horton (Lindsey Godfrey) suspected that her beau had a hand in Philip’s fate. Paul puts it this way, “Sarah definitely does withhold from him things that he wants when he starts to behave in a way that she thinks it’s conducive to both of their goals.
That’s fun because it’s the first time somebody is stopping him from getting what he wants and he can’t get angry about it because it’s Sarah. He has to try to adjust his behavior to the degree that he’s able.”
To that end, Xander calls Jan and advises her to drop all of the charges. Now, whether or not she does so remains to be seen. Of course, DOOL fans will have to tune in for all of the action. ‘Days of Our Lives’ airs weekdays on the NBC network. Check your local listings for times.
