TLC ’90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?’ spoilers finds that Colt just stood up to Debbie. He just told her that he doesn’t always want to tell her everything and that she treats him the same way that women treat him in relationships and that’s why he thinks that he doesn’t have a girlfriend.

Because the girls see Debbie as direct competition. Oh Colt, oh the truth tea is bitter, and it shows! It was pretty obvious that Colt didn’t actually mean all that the way that Debbie took it, but you could tell that all of that was like a knife to the heart for Debbie.

TLC ’90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?’ Spoilers- Colt stands up to Debbie!

She didn’t really think there was anything wrong with having a close relationship with her son, but Colt wants to break away and have a family of his own. But if he’s with Debbie it looks less and less likely to happen.

Colt made some really valid points. The only thing that he really wants is to not let her on in everything going on in his relationship. He feels like he and the women that he dates get no privacy and that would be claustrophobic for anyone.

He says that he doesn’t mind if Debbie is looking out for him but he wishes that she wouldn’t interfere in his relationships, “so brazenly”, direct quote. At the same time he said that he felt like he didn’t have a friendship with his Mom, and he wanted to get to know who she was as a person.

That’s when Debbie passive-aggressively replied, “Well, why don’t you find out who you are first and then you can find out who I am.” Colt asked if she was mad, and again, the passive-aggressive side of Debbie shown through. “No.”

Debbie said in her confessional that she thinks that Colt blames her for everything and she has decided to back off on doing his clothes and cleaning up after him. Though, there was some betraying emotion in her voice when she said that, she was laughing but it was more the kind of laughing you do to keep from crying.

Colt definitely feels better, he says that now that his Mom has agreed (tentatively, I’d say) to treat him more like a man, that maybe now the rest of the women in his life will treat him as a man as well. We’ll see, Colt. Stay tuned!!!
