Fans were left delighted towards the end of the series when they saw Sharron and Rhonda’s son talk on FaceTime, as Rhonda shed a tear. An insider told the Mail that she didn’t want to tell the other contestants about her home situation as she didn’t want to worry about what they would say about her situation.

The insider revealed that Lydia was under no pressure to talk to the other contestants about her son, as she didn’t get closer enough to make the revelation. Lydia did grow close to David in her short stay in the retreat, but their relationship has since ended, with David revealing that he is single on social media.
Too Hot To handle wasn’t the first time that Lydia had appeared on television, as she also featured in E4’s ‘Sex Clinic’. There is only one couple still together from the Netflix reality show, after Sharron and Rhonda’s relationship broke down.
