CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers throwback for May 8 is here to help close the week out of some throwback spoilers going all the way back to June 26, 2012. Yep, we continue to spend most of our B&B time in the last ten years, since that’s the new classic period.

While there are definitely reasons to not like the time periods being chosen the last couple of weeks, it has been fun to know they’re trying to help us feel better by showing us a series of epic weddings. Their hearts are in the right place, so CBS “The Bold and the Beautiful” Spoilers has to give them that.

CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers Throwback For May 8: Italy for the memories

To close out this week’s Epic Weddings theme, we’re heading to Puglia, Italy for Hope Logan (Kim Matula) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton)’s wedding. While they follow the long established trend of weddings on daytime television in front of family, friends, and a village that decided the show wasn’t worth missing, another trend that’s made this show stand apart from others is the lamenting former lover attempting to make our something positive from it all.

Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) decided it would be better to stay away from the festivities, though she couldn’t help but watch. This came after a stroll through the streets where she thought back to her wedding with Liam in Aspen. A sad Steffy means we should be sad, but are we really? Shouldn’t we be celebrating Liam finding the love of his life? While we ponder that question, it’s only right that Steffy’s grandmother called to see how things were going. Steffy related how the wedding was going ahead as planned.

CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers Throwback For May 8: Not alone

Steffy may have thought she was alone with the whole wedding thing, but Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) wasn’t too happy about it himself, and had tried several times to prevent the whole thing from happening. Bill’s never been happy with his sons’ choices in women, and he’s make that well known over the years. But without any hope of preventing it, he accepted Hope and welcomed her into the family. That may have been the final straw for Steffy’s hope, as she slipped from her perch on some rocks and fell into the water.

It wasn’t anything too serious and she didn’t need saving or anything like that, and she reached the surface without any problems. She then proclaimed it was a horrible day and pouted like a good little spoiled brat. An interesting way to end the week, but t works considering the super childish nature of most of the characters. Still, there were plenty of great moments, so let us know which ones were your favorites. And remember to check back with CBS “The Bold and the Beautiful” Spoilers for the latest updates, spoilers, and speculation around.
