TLC ’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers: Before the 90 Days finds that Geoffrey Paschel finally dropped the bomb on girlfriend Varya, that he had been in jail before for selling drugs. Varya was understandably upset, but Geoff did not expect her to be this upset. I don’t really know what they talked about before they met but obviously they never talked about their personal lives in-depth. Tonight, when Geoff revealed to Varya that he had been in jail and what he had been in jail for, she hit the roof. Then she posed the question, “Do you ever think about the families whose lives you ruined?” which is an excellent question, and I don’t think Geoff had ever actually thought about it like that.
I mean seriously, what did he expect? To go over there and be embraced once he said he had been in prison? Geoffrey seems to think that ‘from a foreign country’ means somehow ‘removed from society’. Obviously, Varya knows right from wrong and she knows a shady creep when she sees one, or at least now she does that the wool isn’t being pulled over her eyes. I can’t believe the topic hasn’t come up before. Of all the things that he has told her about his life, about his sons, and his past relationships, but never once did he mention that he had been in prison? Sweet Jesus.

TLC 90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: Before the 90 Days – You Didn’t Think Of Telling Her That Before, Geoffrey?
And poor Varya, this news hit her in a deeply personal way because her cousin died at 28 years of age from drug addiction. She said his mother was inconsolable and she had to listen to her sob over her son. That is heartbreaking. The fact that Geoffrey was not considerate enough to let her know about all of this before he left the states says a lot about his character. The thing is she said that if she had known this before he had left the states she would have never let him come to her country to meet her and I can’t say I blame her. I wouldn’t have wanted a former drug dealer with a rap sheet visiting my Mom either. Varya says that she has to put a pause on the relationship now because she has a lot to think about. Congratulations Geoffrey, you just played yourself. Perhaps he should go back to Mary, she seems to be attracted to him, in spite of all that. Will he stay with Varya or will she be too turned off by his former felon status? Stay tuned!!!
