CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers reveal that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) returned to work at Newman Enterprises today! Though Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) didn’t want her to work more than a few hours, she was ready to retake the reigns. She surprised Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) in the office and he was more than happy for her to be back. After a short briefing, she told Nick to leave and take the rest of the day. She’s back.
Nick left and went to the hotel to look for Phyllis. Meanwhile, Victoria sat at the desk, cleaned up Nick’s old mess and sat triumphantly in the seat again. While this may be short-lived due to Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) attempts to get back at Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), it’s good to see Victoria healed and back to normal. What’s odd though, is that it was her emotions for Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) holding her back.

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Victoria Returns To Work! – Billy Was The Key?
Victoria explains that what helped her was inviting Billy over to talk, even though she was the one who did most of the talking. She told him basically the same thing she did when they first spoke. That even though they would co-parent the children, there would be nothing further between them. Physically, romantically or emotionally. She hit Billy pretty hard with all of this but getting it off her chest allowed her to heal emotionally, which is what was holding her back.
We’re happy to see it worked, and now Nick can focus on his things again, while Victoria heads the company. It was a long road with ups and downs, but we’re here. Although, even though she believes what she said to Billy, I don’t think they’re completely over. Just wait, they’ll cross paths again. What do you think?
