CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ spoilers is asking did we all notice how Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) spat the name “Doctor” at her physician, Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz)? Like she had complete and utter contempt for her profession. Now, one might say that that just could be a brain tumor’s way of making itself known, these mood swings and overall weirdness that Sally has been displaying. But Sally said out of her own mouth that her doctor told her that she had a long life ahead of her, so that can’t be right. Something is up in the land of B&B and the way Sally contemptually called her “Dr. Escobar” has me wondering…
CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Is Dr. Escobar even licensed?
It could be that at one time, Dr. Escobar was a licensed, practicing physician but she did something to lose her medical license and Sally just kept seeing her because it was a doctor she felt comfortable with. Also, there’s the fact of the matter that Dr. Escobar is also Sally’s friend, she could have just been seeing her simply as a favor. Or maybe, she did originally screw up the original diagnosis and Sally just made her stick to the script in order to get Wyatt back, in which case… oh boy.

CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Was this the first time Dr. Escobar screwed up?
Since Sally’s original diagnosis was wrong (or at least wrongly related by Sally) one has to wonder, is that the first time she ever screwed up? I mean if so we can leave some margin for error but if this is a continual thing then that could be grounds for medical malpractice. Was she trained by Dr. Reese Buckingham (Wayne Brady) and only came to his classes on how to pull a fast one on people? I mean seriously what is this girl’s history? And are there any genuinely good, non shady medical practictioners in the B&B landscape? Because aside from the one that discovered baby Beth Spencer’s (River Davidson and Madeline Valdez) identity awhile back, I’m not seeing any.
