It is really hard for Kody to filter what he says on camera. This is why many fans think the show is scripted, but no, that’s just Kody. He likes to be upfront about how he is feeling, but sometimes, it gets him in trouble. This incident, in particular, was all about Robyn Brown and he decided to let his words fly in front of their young children. This is why fans have started to get angry with him.

The chat that Kody and Robyn were having was a bit inappropriate to have around their children. Kody was talking down to Robyn and that really put them at odds. This chat also put her against all the other wives. This is not a good example to set in front of his children. Fans of the show took to social media to explain what was wrong with this and how they feel.
On Twitter, fans wrote, “Hope things gets better. I just worry over the kids. They have a beautiful place to build. That view. Just beautiful. They are so blessed.” Another wrote, “Kody will say or do anything to get his way. I guess telling the wives ‘God sent him a message’ is falling flat now.” Some fans were not so kind, “Do TLC believe Robyn and Kody’s storyline? I see Kody taking the heat FOR Robyn as if he already KNEW that Robyn was going to come off as selfish. The ONLY ones who benefit from moving from the cul de sac 2 Flagstaff are Robyn and her son. Kody can’t keep his story straight.” One more fan wrote, “They’re all selfish. Especially Kody. He’s let fame go to his head and his blood flow barely circulates past his pants!”
