CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that during the ice storm we met Jared (Michael Maclane), a young man who cut his arm on a security gate. His story seemed a little questionable at first, it seemed like he was hiding something. However, Dr. Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) and Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) took him in with open arms. It wasn’t long before they were seeing him constantly. They kept checking on his arm and asking about his living situation. Maybe he isn’t who we thought he was?
We found out that Jared grew up in foster care, bouncing between different homes until he went to live with his grandfather. He dropped out of school and didn’t graduate to help his grandfather run his shop. This is supposedly where he got cut, warding off some thieves. They found him outside in the ice storm and brought him in for medical attention. Now though, he’s seemed to have run off.

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Jared’s Grandfather Passes – Where Has He Run Off To?
Over the last few days Nate, Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) , Devon and Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) have gotten to know Jared a little better and hear about his past. However, they have kind of treated him like a baby. Especially Devon, who Amanda pulls away to talk to about it. In the discussion, Devon finds out Amanda grew up in the system as he did. She gets him to realize how he’s coddling and overwhelming Jared, especially after his grandfather passes in the hospital.
Jared is a mess, and on top of it, he has four strangers in his face asking him questions about his life. Not such a great situation. After Amanda talks to Devon, they come out to find Jared gone from the table. Devon runs outside and yells for him, but he’s gone. What do you think? Who is Jared really and where did he run to?
