Jacqueline MacInnes Wood may dominate the screen as Steffy Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful, but behind the scenes, her real-life role is even more demanding—and meaningful.

The Daytime Emmy winner is not only one of the show’s leading ladies, she’s also a mother of five young boys. And somehow, she’s found a way to make both worlds work.

A Soap Star With a Full House at Home

While Steffy’s life is often filled with chaos, betrayals, and family drama, Wood’s home life is centered around something much more grounded—her growing family.

She and her husband, Elan Ruspoli, are raising five sons: Rise, Lenix, Brando, Valor, and Talon, all under the age of seven. It’s a full house by any standard, yet Wood has embraced the challenge.

Despite her demanding filming schedule, she’s made it clear that motherhood comes first.

In an interview with Michael Fairman TV, Wood shared the mindset that helps her balance such a packed life.

“Honestly, I just truly live intentionally,” she explained.

For Wood, staying present and focused on what matters most has been key to managing both her career and her family responsibilities.

Putting Family First Despite a Busy Career

Even with the pressures of a long-running daytime role, Wood doesn’t lose sight of what she values most. She expressed gratitude for being able to continue acting while raising her children:

“I know what we have here, and it makes me truly grateful to have my kids and to be able to still be a mom.”

It’s a perspective that resonates with many working parents—but few are juggling quite as much as she is.

    “I’m a Full-Time Mom”

Wood doesn’t see herself as splitting roles—she sees herself as fully committed to both.

“I’ll film episodes back-to-back, and then I go and I be a mom. I get to bring my kids to set. So, it’s cool.”

Steffy’s Drama Is Heating Up Again

While Wood’s real life may be grounded, her on-screen counterpart is heading back into familiar territory—drama.

Steffy’s world had been relatively stable with Finn and their children, but that peace is quickly unraveling thanks to Taylor’s involvement with Deacon.

The situation has already caused tension, especially with Sheila looming in the background once again.

Is Sheila About to Strike Again?

After discovering Taylor and Deacon’s relationship, Sheila initially walked away—but longtime viewers know better than to trust that calm.

Her reaction hinted that something bigger could be coming, raising questions about whether she’ll seek revenge or take a different route entirely.

There’s also the possibility that Sheila could use her heartbreak to reconnect with Finn and her grandson Hayes—something Steffy has worked hard to prevent.

With emotions running high and old patterns resurfacing, Steffy may soon find herself facing another battle to protect her family.

I have many titles that I’m proud of – a political science major, world traveler, social media influencer and of course a mom! I am 32 years old and was born in Montreal, QC, Canada. My husband Daniel is my second half, and I have a hard time remembering life without him! We met when I was 18, and we instantly had a strong connection. I credit our long relationship to being best friends, before anything else. One of my greatest desires as an online influencer is to show other parents that it is possible to balance everyday life with parenthood. Parents can still have interests while sharing them with the best individuals of all – their children.
