Things are going to get interesting in Wednesday, April 2’s episode.
Things are bound to get heated when Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durrett) tells Dani Dupree (Karla Mosely) why he came to visit her.
‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers Wednesday, April 2: Bill Admits he Visited Dani to Get Better Treatment for Hayley; Ashley and Derek Invite Andre to Dinner
We have a feeling it’ll involve Hayley Lawson (Marquita Goings) and how she’s been treated by his daughters. He’ll want Dani to help them all get along.
We expect Dani to hit the roof after they kissed. Especially if she thought he came to reconcile.
In what’s going to be an interesting scene, Ashley Morgan (Jen Jacob) and Derek Baldwin (Ben Gavin) will invite Andre Richardson (Sean Freeman) to dinner.
This seems like a curious decision, and we think it’ll be a join effort. Ashley will be intent on proving she doesn’t have feelings for Andre, while Derek will want to continue their bonding.
Plus, there’s Andre’s interviews to discuss, so that’s probably the official reason.
‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers for Wednesday, April 2: Bill’s lack of intent
‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers expect this one to go sideways in a hurry.
We think Bill visited Dani to talk about their daughters and how to solve their treatment of Hayley. He’ll just want things to be civil. And that’s where things will escalate.
Especially in a bad way as they went down memory lane and had some laughs.
Especially if she thinks he came there to reconcile instead of trying to soothe his current wife’s reputation.
When he comes clean and tells her why he’s really there, we expect her to have a breakdown.
‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers for Wednesday, April 2: Three’s a crowd
We suspect this is meant to discuss Andre’s upcoming project and his interviews. At least, that will be the official reason.
It makes sense since Andre and Derek bonded a little and Derek might not be feeling so threatened.
Since it looks like it’ll be Ashley and Derek that do the inviting, we think Derek will do the inviting.
Ashley will agree to be polite, and will take it as a chance to prove she’s not into Andre.
This will probably follow soap opera norms as she’ll be uncomfortable as that will be on her mind. Derek will miss it, but Andre won’t and that’ll help ingratiate him more to her.
It looks like Derek and Ashley’s relationship is on a countdown clock, but maybe they’ll surprise us?
It’d be a nice change of pace with the shows, so it’s definitely a possibility.
