Liz replies with a paragraph explaining that her body is “perfect.” She states that her body has been through a lot when it comes to her mental health and chemotherapy. In her story, she posts a screenshot of the conversation with a middle finger emoji.

Liz‘s denial of Jayson’s cheating doesn’t confirm that they’re still together. They could have still broken up, just for a different reason. This would better explain why Jayson wasn’t around for Liz’s chemotherapy.
The fact that Liz has continued to dodge questions from her followers is also telling. She might not be ready to confirm the breakup with Jayson and wants to focus on herself and the holidays.
It would also explain why Jayson hasn’t been seen anywhere on Liz’s Instagram. Liz is showcasing more about her struggles and growth after chemotherapy. She even posted about being “behind the bar” during New Year’s Eve. She at least seems to be doing well whether she is still with Jayson or not.
