‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for two-week indicate that the next two weeks will bring both tears and triumph for several characters as a long-awaited awakening and a memorial service will take place.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Week Of November 18th to 22nd
Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) has a surprise in store for Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson). This surprise could be enough to convince him to remain in Port Charles.
If not, Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins) awakening will make him stay in town. She will be shocked to learn she’s been in a coma for four years.
Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) funeral will be heartbreaking and moving as Port Charles says a final farewell to one of its most beloved residents.
Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) will blast Lucas Jones (Van Hasis), as the teen will no doubt accuse Lucas of botching Sam’s surgery.
Spoilers reveal that Sam’s autopsy report could generate fury among Sam’s loved ones. Her loved ones may seek justice for her death.
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) makes a promise. She may be determined to make whoever is responsible for Sam’s death pay.
Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will want justice. The autopsy results could be a shocker and very unexpected.
Rumors are swirling that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) may have killed Sam by injecting her with a fatal dose of digitalis. However, nothing has been confirmed yet.
While Alexis wants Danny and Scout Quartermaine (Cosette Abinate) to live with her, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Danny may have other plans.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Week Of November 25th to 29th
Thanksgiving will be a time of extreme gratitude as families in Port Charles gather together for turkey day. The Quartermaine’s celebration might become awkward if Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) are both there.
Michael and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) will likely be at dinner with the rest of the Qs. However, Michael might be unable to control himself with Drew around.
Michael’s been watching Drew and Willow get closer. He is lurking outside doorways and observing how his wife lights up whenever she’s around his uncle. How much can a doting husband take?
Will Michael spill his guts and tell the whole family about Drew and Willow doing the deed in Scout’s playroom?
Lulu’s family will feel gratitude for her being back in the land of the living and that the liver transplant was successful.
However, Lulu may feel like she’s missed too much time with her children, which could weigh heavy on her mind.
Lulu will also learn about her father, Luke Spencer’s (Tony Geary) death, and Sam’s life being cut short, saving hers. How will she feel about that?
The residents of Port Charles will be busy for the next couple of weeks, and there will be plenty to look forward to. Stay tuned!
