TLC OutDaughtered spoilers finds that we have been keeping up with the Busby’s and the quints on their YouTube channel and social media. One of our favorite quints, Hazel Busby, got some new glasses back in October. She has been going through a lot with her eye condition, so it’s important that she has her glasses. According to Dad, Adam Busby, those glasses are now broken. What happened? We will explain it all.
TLC OutDaughtered Spoilers: Hazel’s Glasses Are Gone
Hazel needs to have her glasses so that the doctors can help with her eye condition. The glasses didn’t last very long and many think it’s because of her adventurous nature. Hazel had eye surgery when she was very young to help correct the Nystagmus that she suffers from. This condition causes her not to see well and it can cause her eyes to roll quite a lot.

Hazel’s doctors have said, “While this surgery does not cure nystagmus, it may reduce how much a person needs to turn his or her head for better vision.” Hazel has had one surgery and the Busby’s have said that she will probably need more in the future to help to correct this problem. For now, she’s got her back up glasses! Fans were surprised to see a picture pop up on Instagram of Hazel in pink glasses. Adam posted, “Thank God we got a backup pair… big girl glasses bit the dust.” Fans did ask what happened, but he has yet to respond to any questions. He is a very busy man, after all.
On the last season of OutDaughtered on TLC, we saw Hazel going to her eye specialist and getting some glasses. She kept calling them “big girl” glasses and it turns out they made her even cuter! The family knew that these glasses were pretty fragile, so they knew that something was bound to happen to them. That’s why you always get a back up pair, especially with a four year old! The glasses probably broke because of just how active Hazel is. It’s hard for a four year old to stay calm and if she’s moving around a lot, we could see how glasses could fall off and break, especially fragile ones!
