Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) is paying attention to his oldest sister’s backstory. He knows Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) suffered greatly. But Jack has seen no evidence that she is suffering now.
Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) remains surprised that Ashley believes he is violent. He can’t square her disgust when seeing him either.

Ashley is one of many people who’s had enough of Tucker. Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) recently told her mentor and sporadic romantic interest that she is done with him.
Tucker was stunned to hear what Audra said. He saw the Jabot takeover plan as theirs rather than his. But Silver’s character is serious.
In what might have been good fortune for Tucker, Ashley happened to arrive at the Genoa City Athletic Club. She saw Audra in a passionate conversation with Tucker and then asked to speak to her.

Anyone would be shaken if a repeated mental breakdown was underway. Ashley might not discount the possibility that Tucker did not react violently in Paris, France. But she needs more insight into the man who still gets to her.
Both estranged spouses agree that their honeymoon ended badly. That resulted because Ashley changed her mind about leaving Jabot and building Simply Ashley with Tucker.
Audra has more recent experience with Tucker. So, she is an excellent person to ask if St. John’s character was ever violent. Ashley should learn that Audra never witnessed him behave in that manner.

Currently, Tucker has no way to talk with Ashley’s loved ones. No one will likely tell him that Ashley has become fixated on a supposed frightening outburst at that cafe in Paris.
Tucker must know why Ashley has taken such a hard turn against him. His rage against the Abbott family is propelled by his belief that Ashley betrayed him. However, the potential for change exists if she is suffering from a mental health relapse.
Hardcore daytime fans know that a storyline’s trajectory can turn if the right circumstances develop. So, Tucker will need to learn or become aware of Ashley’s presumed condition on Y&R.
