‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers indicates that Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) is just beginning to get needled by an uncomfortable feeling when it comes to her new relationship with Thomas Forrester (Matt Atkinson). But is it too late? Have things already gone too far?
‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: The Proposal
B&B’s Hope Logan Spencer has just been having a good time with Thomas. It is exciting to be with a “forbidden” partner. While his family is concerned that Hope is stringing him along, she has always been up front and honest with him. The problem is, Hope is just beginning to realize that he may not be accepting what she has told him.
Hope told Thomas that she is not in love with him. She loves the intimate moments they have together. She loves the way that he makes her feel, but she doesn’t love him. Hope is just not that “into” him. He says he understands, and he accepts whatever they are at this point.
But then, suddenly, Thomas takes a step that makes Hope realize that things may not be as she thought. Thomas proposes and gives her a ring. She can’t accept this proposal of marriage, but she keeps the ring and puts it on a chain around her neck.
As they discuss it more, Hope has moments of appearing more uncomfortable. Perhaps she should have returned the ring to him, but maybe she feared his reaction if she did so. He seems to be more possessive, and that’s not a good sign.

Hope has also just learned from B&B’s Jonathan “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) that Xander Avant (Adain Bradley) is back in town. Finn warns Hope that Xander has the belief that Thomas was responsible for Emma Barber’s (Nia Sioux) death. Xander’s return also reminds Hope of all that Thomas did to her by hiding baby Beth Spencer (Jordyn Lynn Ariza).
This news from Finn shakes Hope up and she is reminded of what kind of person Thomas really can be. For the past months she has been defending Thomas as a “changed man” and defending her choice to be with him.
This is the first glimpse that we see that he may be unraveling soon. Hope is feeling more uncomfortable with him, but will she be able to break away? Did she make a really serious mistake by getting into something with Thomas? What should she do?
