British Royal News finds that he might be the future King of England, but it looks like even Prince William has a hard time getting away with everything he wants, too. There is a new report that suggests Queen Elizabeth might have snubbed her oldest grandchild by allowing everyone else to do something that he wasn’t allowed to do before them. Here’s what you need to know.
As many royal fans already know, getting to participate in the traditional walk from Sandringham House to St. Mary Magdalene on Christmas Day. It was once reported that only spouses were allowed to participate in the walk with the rest of the royal family while both girlfriends and fiancés were left behind.

Well, it looks like Queen Elizabeth might have bended the rules for both Prince Harry and Princess Beatrice but not for Prince William. During the 2010 festive holiday season, Kate Middleton was notably absent on Christmas Day. That’s because she was still a fiancé and not his wife. The couple didn’t tie the knot until April of 2011. Yet, Meghan Markle was allowed to join the royal family during Christmas of 2007 and now Princess Beatrice’s fiancé Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi joined the Queen and her company during this year’s walk, too.
Of course, this might not bother Prince William at all, but seeing how he and Kate Middleton are so disciplined when it comes to royal protocol, it wouldn’t surprise anyone if it did hurt him at the end of the day. Clearly, there are other members of the royal family and their partners who are getting better treated better than Prince William. Or at least, that’s what some are assuming! So far neither Buckingham Palace nor Prince William have made any comments about this supposed ‘snub.’ Stay tuned!
