‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers show that one possible diagnosis was given by Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) physicians. Some fans think the diagnosis is incorrect, while Eric and Donna Logan (Jennifer Gareis) panic over the potential mini-strokes.

Some concerning signs have been shown by Eric. Fans believed that the initial occurrences were vocal outbursts caused by exasperation or obsession. Eric then had problems gripping a pencil since his hands were shaking.
Then Eric started to cough up blood. He once had an odd expression on one side of his face when he glanced at the tissue he was holding. This could be nothing more than a screen malfunction, but it might also be something more significant.
Additionally, there was the moment where Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) were in the office with Eric and Donna. Eric began to ramble and proclaim his “king” status at Forrester Creations as Carter and Ridge were hard at work.

Despite Eric’s physician’s suggestion that he had mini-strokes, some fans believe there is more going on. Some viewers believe that the symptoms and the potential diagnosis are not fully compatible.
Eric could be dealing with many health issues. Of course, it’s also conceivable that Eric is suffering from a more sinister ailment. There is already tension in the Forrester household. Eric and Ridge don’t get along. Donna and Katie Logan (Heather Tom) are on Team Eric, while Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) is on Team Ridge.
Then RJ Forrester, Jr. (Joshua Hoffman), finds himself in the midst. Additionally, there is the circumstance with Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson), Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood), and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan).
It is speculated that poisoning might be the cause of Eric’s symptoms. Donna couldn’t be the one since she loves Eric. Ridge, Brooke, or RJ would also not be involved. Everyone is a suspect in the eyes of the authorities, of course, even those closest to the victim.
