‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show the back and forth in Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) mind finally found its way out when she exposed the news that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and her kissed.
While setting up a picnic in the park, she was playing a scenario in her head where Nick caught them kissing and realized that she needed to tell him the truth.
Of course, this is going to be a bombshell for Nick to deal with, let alone for Sally and Adam. Nick is sure to burst out of his shell and make a scene, and well, he has the right. Adam may want to keep one eye open at night because it looks like there’s going to be some trouble coming!

During the flashback, Nick was yelling about why Sally would never say that she loved Nick, and this is her subconscious telling her the truth. She knows how she feels, but she has been going along with this false charade for too long. She needs to let her true feelings out, and this could definitely lead to a heartbreaking breakup.

Sally is undoubtedly obsessed with Adam, and we all know the chemistry they have is beyond this world. Sally just needs to come to the realization that likes the idea of being with Nick more than she actually likes being with him. Adam is her true love, and the sooner the writers get to this storyline, the sooner she, and the fans, will be happy.
