‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers show that there’s speculation among fans that Hayes might undergo SORAS (Soap Opera Rapid Aging Syndrome) and potentially need to establish his paternity, which could significantly alter the show’s current storyline.
This comes as Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) is released from jail, and Dr. John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) allows her back into his life, even physically embracing her. Fans already sense a possibility of this development.
It seems the writers are taking dramatic measures to disrupt Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Finn’s marriage. Initially, trouble arose when Steffy kissed Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) twice, an event she has yet to reveal to her husband.

Finn has already expressed his trust issues and insecurity about Steffy’s history with Liam. They confronted each other before Sheila’s court hearing, with Finn warning Liam to stay away from their family.
If Hayes is revealed to be Liam’s son, it would mean the on-and-off couple now have two children together, altering the family dynamics on the show.
Furthermore, some speculate that this could be the writers’ way to write Finn out of the show. Novlan previously hinted that he might not remain a mainstay character, but the popularity of Sinn (Steffy and Finn) has kept him in the storyline.
With all the chaos between Liam, Steffy, Finn and Hope, this could be a way to stabilize the current storyline while adding a new character to the show and adding more interesting storylines regarding Hayes’ paternity. Though, it could be very confusing and add more plot holes than it would fix.
This is not an uncommon practice though, and we’re sure that they will find a way to make this make sense. Of course, it would delete the possibility of Sheila kidnapping Hayes for herself. It’s a cluster of storyline possibilities but one of these is sure to happen!
