Former 90 Day Fiancé cast member, Deavan Clegg has been sharing updates about her son, Taeyang. Her 4-year-old son was diagnosed with cancer about a year ago.
Since the year anniversary of his diagnosis is here, she wanted to share an update about his health and what the family has been going through lately. Let’s find out what Deavan told fans.

Recently, Deavan took to social media to tell her fans a quick update on Taeynag’s health. She began, “Today is a difficult day for all of us. Reflecting back on the past year and all the trials it has brought.

The past year our lives were turned upside down and shattered. Many days we thought we were going to lose our sweet boy. Although he isn’t cured and is still battling this horrible disease, we know this anniversary marks one step closer to his recovery.”
She went on to say, “100 beautiful cards sent to Taeyang, outfits to make him feel special, handmade gifts, surprise presents, and blankets. You guys have raised over $40,000 out of our $50,000 goal in just one year.
Because of you were able to provide proper care for Taeyang during this difficult time. I can’t thank you guys enough and how much I appreciate every kind gesture. My heart feels warm and I know every time we get a new card or even a message on social media…you guys help us push through.”
As soon as her fans saw this post, they had a lot of questions about his health and where he is in this healing process. One fan asked how he was doing. These fans told Deavan that she never gives them updates on his health.
However, Deavan told fans that there are always updates on the GoFundMe page. One fan wrote, “Honestly, that should be the last thing on a mother’s mind is updating the public about her son! She should be focused on her time with him and his health.”
One more added, “Who cares if there are updates? They have a child dealing with cancer.”
Deavan and Taeyang got a lot of love and prayers and their fans really do hope that he is doing better. The GoFundMe page does feature updates for those who help to raise money for his medical bills.
