While filming the reunion for Season 5 of “Real Housewives of Miami“, Andy Cohen became angry with Larsa Pippen and called her an “a-hole” due to a comment he felt was directed towards him in a personal manner.

The producer, who prefers not to give personal opinions during heated gatherings, acknowledged that he became angry when Pippen appeared to be using the fact that co-star Dr. Nicole Martin’s child was born outside of marriage as a weapon.
Cohen, who became a father through surrogacy while being single, admitted that there was some confusion regarding the use of words during the heated conversation between the two as things started to get a little heated.
This happened when the media personality was discussing the matter. In his comments, Cohen said: “Nicole kept saying, ‘You called my son a bastard, and [Larsa] said, ‘I didn’t.
“I just said he was born out of wedlock. It will come as no surprise to anyone why I got so heated. I’m a single dad of two children, so there is no other person; there is no other parent.”
After snapping at Pippen, Cohen, who is 54 years old, publicly apologized to her immediately.
However, as an executive producer, he refrained from revealing many details about the incident until the episode was broadcasted.
His following comments confirmed as much: “I got super sensitive to the idea of that being weaponized, and that’s why I jumped in there.
“We’re still shooting, and I didn’t have ‘screaming at Larsa’ on my bingo card today. I’m sorry, Larsa.” The response on social media was mixed.
A certain subset of people called out Larsa on the basis that her behavior was out of order since she was coming across as judgemental.
Meanwhile, others began to slam Andy on the basis that he apologized for his comments. After all, it demonstrated that he had buckled under pressure.
One person wrote: “Andy should not have apologized. Now I need an apology from him for apologizing to Larsisist Pippen.
“Two ppl decided to have a child prior to marriage. Off limits, H*.” The sooner this dies down, then the better it is for everyone involved.
