A restraining order was issued by the court to Billie Eilish against a person who was discovered topless near her house in Los Angeles.

According to reports, when Billie came home, she found the man topless near her window outside of the living room. He was allegedly staring through the window at her. Thereafter, the police arrived to arrest him after he had also gone to her parents house to find her.
As such, on Saturday, 25th February 2023, the courts confirmed that Raymond Black must sustain a distance of 100 yards or more away from the vocalist, as per TMZ. And as part of that process, Black will not be allowed to go near her parents’ house too. This was because there was a possibility that Black could stalk her, as well as engaging in violence.
This is not the first time that Billie has been subjected to this type of behavior. She had also gotten a restraining order against Christopher Anderson. This was on the basis that he had allegedly broken into her family home on more than one occasion.
It is claimed that he had jumped over a fence and then went to her parents house in order to tell Billie that he loved her. In some comments about being followed by overzealous fans, she said: “It was really traumatizing. I completely don’t feel safe in my house anymore, which sucks.
“I love my house. I’ve loved attention my whole life, but I don’t think anyone knows what fame actually is.” The social media response was one of concern. Large numbers of people hoped that Billie was in a good place, given the rise in the number of people targeting high-profiled individuals.
